Another Victory for the Infidels

Michael Newdow has been at it again and rightfully so. Sorry it has taken me a few days to get to this story. According to this article at Yahoo! News: “In the Wednesday decision, Judge Lawrence Karlton said: “The court concludes that it is bound by the Ninth Circuit’s previous determination that the school district’s policy with regard to the pledge is an unconstitutional violation of the children’s right to be free from a coercive requirement to affirm God.”” This is great news! Now we have to see what the state of California and the Supreme Court will do with this. I think that we should go back to using the Constitutional version of the Pledge of Allegance. The only difference is that in the 1950’s “under god” was added. Congratulations Michael Newdow! Keep up the good work!
